!! when people ask me how i get the motivation to go to the gym - it was a habit i built SLOWLY. there would be weeks i wouldn’t go, but eventually the days i made it to the gym started to be more frequent than the ones i didn’t. the same thing happens with healthy food. you will learn to love it and to enjoy preparing it if you keep at it
